lightningv2.png Proxima's life on the Shifting Expanse was always unpredictable. Scrappy and clever, she lived as a scavenger, flitting from place to place, rarely staying in one place for long, always staying just on the fringes of the raging lightning storms that tore through the skies. She had no interest in settling down for a more stable life... until she met Falion.

Where Proxima was scrappy and practical, counting only on herself and what she earned, Falion was flightier--a dreamer with an air of magic about him, and Proxima found herself falling hard and falling fast. Proxima and Falion began their own little Clan in the Highland Scrub, calling it Pyorùn for the lightning that tore across the sky overhead.

As the pair celebrated the arrival of their first hatchlings, it became clear that the harsh landscape the Lightning Flight called home was not the place either of them wanted to raise their family, and departed their long-time home with their two hatchlings Ria and Caodai.

As Proxima and her Clan headed north from the Highland Scrub, they encountered a number of wandering dragons and although Proxima was hesitant, Falion welcomed them into their Clan without question, and soon the small Pyorùn Clan had more than doubled in size, and Proxima found the others looking to her as their leader.

When they finally arrived at the quiet Sunbeam Ruins, Proxima found a cozy den in the shadow of the great sundial, and the Clan quickly settled into their new home in the Light Flight under the watchful gaze of the Lightweaver.
