god of body, of insatiable hunger, passion, desire, truth, and of chaos

When the Earth was void of life, two beings appeared. One of fire and light and another of lightning and shade. It is believed that these two gods populated the empty planet, the first gave life a shape and vessel to inhibit and the latter gifted intention and intelligence. The first dragons prayed to these gods, dubbing the being of fire and light “the hunter” for its insatiable hunger. It’s worshipers would offer the deity meat for it’s blessing but the other god grew terribly jealous. You cannot worship one god and ignore the other. So the being of lightning and shade schemed. What resulted was a terrible tale of conflict and destruction, with the two god picking off each other's followers until there were no more. So with two dead clans and two bristling gods, dragons simply stopped worshiping the gods and as time went on, they only became known in myths.

As stories get passed down, and new ones created, the being of fire and light came to be known under a multitude of names. The most common being Saikele, The Gilded God, The Protector of Misfits and Vagrants, and of course, The Hunter.
