Tripp is the embodiment of a Mad Scientist™ she's reckless, heartless and insane, she doesn't care about others as long as her experiments work or at least are tested, her laboratory is a horror movie cliché full of mutated creatures here and there and tubes and fumes everywhere. She's only allowed at the clan's territory because Glory keeps a tight leash on her (and is the only one capable of controlling the mad dragon).
Since she was recruited by Glory she had changed breeds at least ten times, Tripp doesnt mind doing experiments in herself either and thanks to that she has some crazy skills, both physically and magically, but don't care much about them, she's more focused on learning how living bodies react to certain chemicals and alchemicals substances and how much they can handle them without breaking.
Despite that she's charismatic to the point of deception (since herself is pretty sure she's probably psychopatic) and is hard to dislike her if you don't known about the things she did (and does) in her laboratory, strangely enough, despite everything the one person she actually feels some semblance of something is Glory (being bossed around feels strangely exciting??).
She's still deciding if that's a good or bad thing for herself.
