Lillian is the stoic stone-hard guard of the Caverns and its inhabitants. Since an incident that occurred with the walls of a portion of the Cavern collapsing while she was helping her girlfriend Mangrove, the former Canyongoer has decided her place formally belongs with the dragons of the Cavern, and her duty is to serve as a guard for each of the dragons there. When asked about it she says it is her duty and it fulfills her honor, but some gossip that she felt nervous serving in the Canyon and felt safer somewhere with the dragons of the dark... But given her loyalty and familiarness with the Cavernkeepers to begin with(at least, much moreso than the Canyongoers), it only made sense she make her home and place her duties here.
