The young dragon yawned, totally not ready for today. Today was the day he was supposed to become the protector of the ocean.. but was that really meant for him? Not at all.. he didn’t feel like a protector? Like.. why did it have to be him? “Ugghhhh..Thanks a lot dad.. I sure do love being prince... I sure do hope being king will be better at least” Firth groaned. That’s right, you’re reading about Firth, the lost prince, how did he gets lost you might ask? Well, the day he was bound to become king, he met a little skydancer pup of course! Well, that’s how it started at least.

The day one becomes a king, he is left alone until midnight, left all alone in the palace, with no one being allowed to enter, until midnight of course, at midnight, he is truly made into a king. So first began to walk around the Palace, this was the first time he was truly left alone. Every other time there’s at least his father and mother but now it was all his. So, he did what he always wanted to do, explore the back garden! He was walking around enjoying the sight of the beautiful sea weeds... until he came across something that didn’t seem much like a seaweed... he stared at the strange looking pink and navy colored flower... until it jumped onto him! Wait no.. that doesn’t sound right.. until the little skydancer pup jumped on to him? Wait.. that’s still not right! Why is there a skydancer pup back here.. HOW is there a skydancer pup back here!? On the day of crowning, It’s not just that other dragons CAN’T enter the palace... they’re physically not able to because of force field builds up, blocking off everyone but the true king.. but his father seems to have been lying to him this isn’t a special force field keeping all others out... this is just a simple force field, being held by his father.. “I don’t want to do this anymore” Firth mumbled.. “Lex would be so much better at this..” Lex is Firth’s twin brother, who’s only a few seconds younger, Firth and Lex love eachother very much and they wouldn’t hold a grudge against each other for this, but Firth never wanted to be king, and Lex always has, either way, he has always been there supporting Firth and Lex has clearly been a much better king than Firth could ever be.. if Firth’s destiny isn’t to be a king but what is his destiny the- “hey uh.. mister??” “OH MY GOD” yelled Firth and fell over. “You’re kinda weird mister..” This little pup.. was treating him like no one had ever treated him... he loomed over the little pup, just for the pup to start smiling at him “I.. where’s your family little one?” He said as he felt his heart melt. “What? Nahhhh... I don’t have one.. not anymore at least” he said, murmuring that last part. “What do you mean?” “They’ve been gone for quite a while now... and not in a way that they can come back from.. I’ve been living here for the past few months, hoping to find something, but I got trapped by these metal fences since I grew too big” “oh.. well, I’ve been feeling pretty trapped too..” Said Firth “I’m Firth by the way” “Oh.. well I’m Aku.. wanna run away?” “WHAT?!” Firth exclaimed as he choked on his spit. “Well we’re both trapped right.. so isn’t it that simple? To run away, to get out? Come on, you know how to fly, right Firth? Cus I sure can’t” Firth thought about everything that’s happened.. he knows his brother will be a better leader, Firth just wants to be free! And so, Firth told Aku to hold on, and the kingdoms of the sea never heard of him again!
