Early hatchling life
"W-why can't I g-go outside with you?" The young Gaoler rasped, as he stared at the much older Ichor who was slowly following after Issac. Those two were always leaving and heading off to who-knows-where while he stays inside in seclusion. Sometimes he was not allowed to play with the other hatchlings...
It's not fair!
Rodrigo stared at his spawn for a minute before walking up to him. With a small grunt, he rubbed the slowly growing horns on his head. The symbol of Plaguebringer's deal is already appearing in his son and there was nothing he can do, it seems that he too will be known as an Ichor. Soon he too will have to come on these trips with him, how unfortunate...
"Soon," He rasped, before following Isaac who waited patiently for him.
Glaring at his father, Yamir shook him off before walking down through the Den. As soon as he managed to find a secluded area he layed down and gave a huge sigh. Sometimes he couldn't understand what his dad was thinking, as soon as he was born he wasn't allowed to leave the den until it was time to move again. They would always set off and away from Wrath's group and move in secret until they recombine again. That was also when his dad would have to leave with Isaac where he wouldn't come back for a few hours. It reminds Yamir of the time where more recently, he would have black out moments where he wouldn't be able to remember what happened but destruction would be everywhere.
His mind has even gotten a bit a foggy, as if he was turning into a beast...
That was when everything changed and why everyone started treating him a little different. Well except Gallant but he was a little bit older than he was. Everyone started calling him an Ichor and he didn't know how to respond to that and when he tried to ask his dad all he would get was a grunt or an a one word answer. Yamir knows that his dad has a speech impediment, he has one too, but what could be so bad about exploring the outside world of the Scarred Wasteland? It was their home after all!
Maybe it had something to do with his brother being missing...It was such a long time ago but Yamir does remember his dark red coat that was covered in gashes and his glaring red eyes. One day he just up and disappeared, never came back...they were both only hatchlings that day.
He must be still out there and one day he will find him...
