Uh-oh, looks like this fiery Guardian wandered a little too far from her home lair (498491, Bxy26), and now she's off to see the world! Travel Log

From the lair of Bxy26 Birthed in the Fire Realm to two Nature parents, Maud also inherited a considerable amount of wanderlust. Her mandatory Search brought her to the Water Realm, where after many setbacks she discovered a small cursed locket. It contains a compass that spins at random, pointing to no one knows what. The locket cannot be destroyed, so she accepted it as her Charge, so that no other dragon may be influenced by its mysterious power. After this discovery, she decided that the best thing to do was to become a wanderer, so that the effects of the cursed compass will only affact any one lair for a short time. Her mate Wainwright 55374082 was supportive of this quest, and has agreed to go with her wherever the compass leads them. Unfortunately along the way, Wainwright and Maud were separated by a furious sand storm in the shifting expanse. Blinded by the sand, Wainwright was forced to huddle away behind a rock - and Maud, desperate to find him, meandered too far as she was seeking.

An adventure at QueenOfMagic's Lair
It was official, Maud hated the Southern Ice Fields. They were far, far, far too cold for her and it made her miss the heat of the Ashfall Wastes. But she had no choice! Maybe it would be in this freezing wasteland she would finally find her beloved Wainwright once again, after all, his camouflage wouldn't be very good in the snow would it!

After searching for days Maud stumbled across an Inn. The inn seemed to be teaming with dragons, so Maud took it as an opportunity to ask around. She spoke to so many dragons, it was exhausting! Thankfully, a starry looking Ridgeback agreed to keep an eye out for her, but, she couldn't stop her search now, if nobody had seen Wainwright here she would just have to keep searching!

Maud stepped outside and stopped to brace herself as the bitter winds ripped through her, maybe she would never be used to the cold, but at least she was leaving now, when suddenly she heard a familiar voice calling her name. She turned and there was Wainwright! Running out of the inn at top speeds to catch up to her. The two of them are now reunited and they couldn't be happier!

An intermission, at the BoldEarth clan
After the stressful separation and the relief of reuniting, the pair went north, into Dragonhome. A friendly Earth clan made room for them in their inn. There were all sorts of dragons; some were born here, while some had been rescued from a dimmer fate. A few were like them, just passing through to see the world.
