Restorations:
As much as I can emphasize with changing your mind about a dragon but it being too late, I will not do restorations if you or whomever was in possession of the dragon at that point sold a dragon for folder price and I exalted it it's not getting restored. I will say I am not 100% firm on this policy (again I can emphasize with the situation) but it would take a EXTREMELY good bribe.
