Quiet Leader of the Ursa Council, Imperial of few words. Kind but not the biggest on social circles. Speaks when he has to. Fond of hatchlings.

Czarkaid himself is seen not as the strongest facet of the council, but more of the most passionate and dutiful member, easily earning the respect of those near him. Although, at the core he is unsure of his capabilities, but nonetheless a beautiful visionary; magically and thought-wise respected for his talents. Perhaps his true power lies within the council’s over sweeping loyalty. For there is no secret that goes unheard by all five of the council, together the five imperials make an intimidating force of government. In which Czarkaid forms the mysterious head of, representing the Alkaid star in the Ursa Major.

History
First in Council to come to the clan, Czarkaid was born from a travelling clan temporarily settled in the Molten Scar in search of metals and riches. The territory they settled on stable but unbeknownst to them, was on prime serthis territory, inhabited by a local group and onyx cobras, usually keeping most familiar clans away from the ridge. However, in their leader's search for riches, the lower ranking members were left vulnerable to onslaught. The highest members on cliffs safe from the venomous underbrush the travelers had to make do with, the rest of the land unstable and molten. For awhile they adjusted, persevering like they always had under strong resilient instruction from their leaders, but as the area became more active with dragon activity, the Serthis noticed prompting direct conflict.

The hostile Sethis group, typical to nature. Known for experimental concoctions with the materials they could get a hold of between Fire and Lightning. Mostly potionmakers and alchemists. Not to be underestimated in their use of Onyx cobra venom, their way ti drive the clan out of their prime gathering and hunting grounds. Arrows, potions, poisons, of venom started making their way into the clan, sprouting cases of gembond throughout the lower brush.

His parents were never destined to be together, a strange couple to say the least. Meeting within short passages in thier temorary settlements, eventually becoming closer over time and travel through many elemental territories. His mother a Light Coatl serving the clan as a warrior for her keep, hatchname changed to Knight for her service; She was nothing but expendable to the high leaders. His father a proclaimed ice prophet, changing from his hatchname to Queen, serving under the highest Matriarch herself as her personal mystic, prophesying of the clans venomous downfall to have the Queen swear apon the strength of the warriors and vagabonds she led, much to the dismay of his father. After Czarkaid's hatching his father was distanced from the Queen, the couple taking on vagabond status within the travelling band, abandoning all luxuries to be together with their child. He was raised well within the fiery brush, warned of the many snakes and creatures that awaited him past the boundaires, staying close to his camp and never venturing far without his parents company. He took after his father, learning many of his esoteric talents, as well as taking on his mothers judgement, a critical but caring mind. When the cobras were released to infect the clan, Czarkaids family was all bitten, his mother first showing magenta crystal formations beneath her wings, prohibiting her flight. His fathers gems were icy and hard, staring to form along his limbs, slowly crawling up to his elbows. Czarkaid's own tail almost overcome by white quartz, he was terrified and the clan was in panic. The High leaders on the verge of being over thrown, subjects either sick or nearly defecting from the clan, many of the most infamous travelers packing up and leaving after the initial infection, muttering about their Serthis wariness as they went.

In search of a cure, he visited many elemental plains of Sornieth. His parents well being in mind before sneaking away from camp as a young teen, never too see his family again. He headed from the Ashfall waste to the Starwood Strand. On his own detour he met a young imperial named Megrez. Wary at first of another of his kind he explained his scholarly magics and quests for his own truths to the young fledge. Czarkaid being lost and alone finally opened up to the other and they soon became close companions who continued together.

After a fair journey the pair came across a meditating Zefferin, the new dragon smiling before announcing she had seen their arrival and quickly welcomed them into their own territory, curious of what the Matri-Mage had to say. Always a dreamer Czarkaid soon came to see himself within Zefferins small group, first learning as a disciple under Zefferin before forming the Council upon her request. Sensing her end as a matriarch and the unity of the imperials, having visions of them leading a prosperous but chilly future..

Travelled through Wind, Water, and Plague for gembond medicine before reaching Arcane.
Parents were of wildly different social classes, creating controversy over his rank shortly after hatching

Czarkaid spends a decent amount of his free time with the clan's hatchlings, and has undending patience for them. Even when they take to climbing on him.... He finds it cute, actually. Some even tell tales of seeing him playing tag and other such little games with the smaller dragons. Some would be concerned about him being around hatchlings due to his size, but Czarkaid is quite the gentle giant, and is always sure to tread lightly around hatchlings. He has, on occasion accidentally taken a hatchling or two into council meetings before. He's so big, if the small hatchling is really still, he won't notice them! This has made for some interesting interruptions...
