"Despite her icy demeanor, our Ice Elementalist is a kind-hearted and resilient dragon. The chains she wears may seem off-putting, but she seems to keep them as memory of her imprisonment, rather than to ward of others. From all we know, of traveler's recounts of her journeys, she was imprisoned for being too merciful to those afflicted by the shade. Now that she's free, she helps guide and protect travelers, and helps provide a safe place to stay, to those fleeing from danger."

Dragon Maturity
-Dragons mature completely at six months/half a year old
-At about seven or eight months dragons develop romantic interests in one other. This is the point where most will establish their sexuality.
-It is "normal" for dragons to have or adopt hatchlings at or after the six month line
-Weddings take forever to plan. For this reason, it is often okay for dragons to adopt or hatch hatchlings before marriage.
-Despite the previous "rule," it is considered abnormal and unprofessional to have hatchlings before engagement.
