Immensely dexterous, Velour carves, sculpts, sews, crafts, and otherwise creates for much of his time spent in the clan's tunnels. The rest of his time is spent traveling, with him spending more time away from the clan than within its tunnels. He often visits other clans, both near and far, and trades his art or other resources the clan has surplus of for other items or treasure.

Charismatic and a phenomenal negotiator, Velour maintains an air of rarity and exclusivity with his creations, rarely letting more than a few go to a single clan. As dragons are often a bit materialistic and prone to jealousy when it comes to their hoards, the created rarity sparks other members of a clan to want their own creation by Velour. When his timing is right, Velour can offer the ooonly piece he happens to have with him this trip to a dragon just before they offer far too much to their clanmate for the piece they have. There are days Velour has brought more resources to the clan through his unconventional means than all the scouts or gatherers combined.
