"Hold me, love me, touch me, honey."
Sometimes, in times of great hardship, we find strength close to the supernatural to keep going.
This dragon, in her hard lived life, could close her eyes and dream in such a way that her dreams were as vibrant as reality. Sitting in meadows of starlit lavender, flying high in the cottoncandy clouds, laughing amongst friends, crying in the arms of loved ones. Despite her hardships, she could slip into these false realities on a whim and feel as if she was actually there.

But sometimes, our powers stop working. We reach our limits.

Raindream picked herself up from the ground so many times apart of her truly believed the ground is where she belonged. And so her wings remain prisoner to her own fears.

But somedays, when the rain is pattering against the window and a song on the radio hits just right, she can close her eyes and dream.

And in those dreams she can fly again.
