DustedWeb

DustedWeb is the eldest child of his parents, and also the only one remaining from the clutch. He was only a hatchling at the time, but has horrible memories of the night they were taken. The loss of his siblings weighs heavily on him despite his position at the time and he has trouble forming truly close relationships with others.

Webster decided to remain home and do the best he can for the dominance struggle from the homefront. He now works within the clan as a teacher of the world and what it contains in an effort to arm dragons, young and old alike, with knowledge that will hopefully help them survive in the tumultuous world around them.

He's fairly close to his father who suffers the same pains he does. The two spend a fair amount of time together since Web often works alongside his father in construction. Keleya may not always understand his son, per se, but he doesn't let it stop him from loving him.
Webster routinely visits his mother in hopes of helping her eventually heal completely and the two spend time discussing scavenged materials and training mice. Their relationship is best described as "rocky", as she is a very cold woman.

DustedWeb has no mate, but many friends. His colors make him very unconventionally handsome, and he has a dedicated pool of admirers. Mostly younger dragons (you know how they like those brooding professor types). He is well respected in the community despite his status as such a young adult, and proudly carries the airs of his family on his mother's side.

He was, for some time, in a relationship with a young man named Ryze. The two shared a common job, and bonded over their work through letters and the occasional visit. They dated for some time, and the relationship made Web feel as though he had some semblance of personal worth and that affection was something he could be allowed to have.
As such, the sudden disappearance of Ryze broke something inside of him. Especially when it turned out that the other guardian was alive and well, having completely abandoned their relationship.
He tries not to think about it.



Webster is his nickname, and he enjoys playing with, caring for, and training mice-like creatures.

He is in charge of the clan's nesting grounds, known as the kii'gol, and takes care of all the hatchlings that come from it. He currently spends a fair amount of time looking over the young dragon Muiria, since she's a bit of a handful, has no permanant home yet, and requires more attention than others.

His care for eggs and hatchlings has, of course, seen him rearing some of his own younger familu members over the cycles. The confusing relationship has resulted in the nickname 'Uncle Teacher' from some of them. (Quite possibly this is even thought to be his name by such individuals, as opposed to a nickname, but who can really tell.)
