TREPIDATION

Trepidation, or Trep as he prefers to be called, comes to the Magical Society with powers of premonition. Unfortunately, he is only able to foresee negative things. It was this that earned him the name of Trepidation - a name he was not born with, but has since accepted. Trep does his very best to help those he has received premonitions about. He doesn't always succeed, but his successes have helped him to keep a positive outlook on life. Even when he hasn't seen something, he is willing to help out others. Some might say he goes too far to help out, but it's always with the best of intentions. The premonitions he receives leaves him with a sense of guilt because he doesn't know if he's at fault for the negative events. He just wants to make things up to other dragons, so he has a deep set need to help. It distresses him greatly when others spurn his help, or thinks he is trying to hurt instead.

Magical powers that can help others has always been an interest of Trep's. Clearly his own talents don't lie in that arena, but he still enjoys learning about such skills. In particular, he has taken a liking to healing magic. This leads him to spending a lot of time with the two main healers of the Society, Aura and Shades. They teach him means he can heal without using magic, and he is constantly trying to dole out cures to others.

Trepidation's familiar is a Silver Springbok named Future. She tends to be on the quiet side, and occasionally helps her master out when he is trying to help. Sometimes she decides the effort is not worth it, though, and sits out.
