Fotia is every bit the loyal son his parents wanted. The first of Phoenix and Ignis' kids to remain in the army after coming of age, Fotia has been named his father's heir and prodigy, and Fotia does his best to uphold that. Faithful and dedicated, Fotia always carries out his missions to the best of his ability, which isn't lacking. Furthermore, Fotia sets a prime example to the other Firebirds about how an agent of the unit carries himself, with pride and dignity, but not without mercy.

However what his parents don't know is the scavenger within. When Fotia isn't on a mission for the Firebirds, he's scavenging and hunting across the wastes, gathering meat and treasures for his clan. For the most part, he works alone during this time, largely because that way he can let loose. Having all the hopes of his family and clan weighing upon his shoulders takes it's toll. Known to other scavengers as Fletch for his firey feathers and skill in locating the lost, Fotia no longer has to worry about how others see him, and relaxes his work ethic, preferring to let others do the hard work, yet still claim a prize at the end.

Fotia was raised as all his brothers and sisters before him were, to fight and to lead. Head of Security for a father, Combat Trainer for a mother, all Fotia knew was how to fight. However, where most of his siblings left to support neighbouring and allied clans, Fotia chose to stay. He was an observant young dragon, and had often noticed how hard his parents worked to raise their children, work their day jobs and be the only two Firebirds in the unit. So Fotia offered to stay, and help take some of the pressure of his parents by completing missions for them. Proud and tired, Phoenix trained Fotia personally to carry out missions alone, and as the clan expanded and he became busier with security, Phoenix began to leave more and more of the work to Fotia.

Fotia began to crumble under the pressure. He was set on proving to his parents that he could handle the responsiblity, but his own life began to suffer. It took Eirawen noticing the stress building up for him to make a change. Following the matron's advice. Fotia took some time to himself to explore. He already knew the lands beyond the clan well, having travelled on his missions, but being able to take his time and enjoy the journey was a great relief to him. As such, he made sure to ensure he had enough time to take off alone, and so his scavenging and hunting began.

All Firebirds possess great physical skills. Fantastic genetics, combined with a strict regime from early life results in strong, quick and enduring dragons. Fotia is no exception. Specialising in long-distance missions, Fotia's prowess in scavenging and hunting gives him an impressive stamina, and endurance to be envied. Despite his endurance, what Fotia lacks is tolerance. An antithesis to his brother, who can endure hit after hit, Fotia prefers to tire his opponents and wear them down before striking.

Fotia knows the Ashfall Wastes better than anyone else in the clan, preferring to hunt easy prey there. Within his preferred territory, Fotia knows every nook and cranny, every herds migratory routes, every tell tale sign of weather, and he's not so ba beyond the borders either. Fotia's exploration experience means he easily adapts to new terains, and knows how to work it to his advantage. Fotia also possesses a certain charm. Though most dragons in his clan who know him think him to be quiet and reserved, his fellow scavengers and a select few others see an enterprising and slick smoothtalker come out to play.

Fotia is Phoenix's heir, and though he holds the greatest respect for the warrior his father is - resentment still builds.

Fotia has always strived to be the best he could in his mother's eyes, though the constant pressure has built some resentment.

Fotia has always envied Agni's sense of freedom, but appreciates the difficulties that he has suffered because of it.

DALTHOR • Friend

Often meeting and teaming up out in the field, Dalthor and Fotia have built a steadfast friendship.
