It's hard to grow anything in the frozen tundra of the Southern Icefields. Almost nothing grows in the frigid air. But Mizcoci figured out a way to make things grow...with Ice magic. Technically speaking, the plants he grows aren't real plants. They're plants made out of ice particles, and shaped into looking like the plant Mizcoci is going for. Frozen roses, fruits, trees, and other flora; anything he wishes to, he can 'grow.' And despite being made out of ice, his creations last longer than their living counterparts. So long as they're kept cool, the Ice magic that they're made with will last nearly twice as long, as a living plant. And while they do look beautiful in the sun, he doesn't recommend keeping them in direct sunlight. Not having much luck with customers in the Southern Icefields, Mizcoci moved out to try and find dragons to buy his creations. He stopped here and there, selling his creations, but didn't stay too long. And he couldn't stay anywhere too hot, as the heat could get to him, and make him woozy and sick. He stumbled into the Tiered City of Ilthorne completely by accident, having gotten lost. The weather was temperate, and there were plenty of dragons around. Maybe even some potential customers. Mizcoci set up a temporary shop, selling his creations from there. Within minutes, he was sold out. He had found the perfect place to set up shop. His creations work well as romantic gifts, and even thoughtful gifts for family. He can even make them fancier or simpler, depending on what the commissioner wants. It didn't take long for him to set up a permanent shop. Mizcoci is a gentle giant, nice and quiet, and keeps mostly to himself. Having grown up in near isolation, he's not the best with social cues, but he does enjoy interacting with customers. His Ice magic does take a lot out of him, when creating such masterpieces, so he usually has to close the shop for a day, so he can rest up, before reopening with new stock. |
