B I O G R A P H Y

______ Like his friend Sithiche, Kelvin has a fondness for practical jokes (though his are usually entertaining rather than cruel). His overseer, Stratus, often has to reprimand him for goofing around with the forecast. The wildclaw can't help but feel his sense of humor is underappreciated. Sure, telling the Council it was safe to hold that outdoor meeting was wrong, but watching Cozca run around in the storm like a headless chicken was hilarious. If only everyone else wasn't so humorless about it.

______ Plenty of dragons have raised concerns over whether Kelvin is actually qualified to be a weather dragon, considering his childish, overbearing demeanor and his complete lack of training. However, fact is, no one else wants the job. Weather in the Coven is fast, dangerous, and unpredictable, and tornadoes and cyclones often sweep through with little warning. A meteorologist has to be vigilant, as failing to spot the warning signs could lead to disaster for the whole clan. Fortunately, Kelvin has an almost supernatural talent for predicting storms, and none have ever slipped past him. Yet.
