As for lore for little "Cynder"
Kalama had been on another 1 of her trips out past the flower fields of the clans territory to find more herbs for MoonFlower. MoonFlower was too busy these days trying to keep up with all the other gaolers joining the ranks and all of them seemed to want to be fighters/warriors for the clan. With the constant need to heal these guys she hasnt been able to go for the herbs and medicines herself. Kalama has been her right hand for a while now. She hasnt really takin an intrest in healing but if she was given a list or pictures of what she needed Kalama would get them and this relieved MoonFlower quite a bit...
As for Kalama this trip in particular would be a little difficult. She was tasked to find a good few herbs and there was 1 she'd never seen before. They've had plenty of "mint" colored dragons join thier ranks but shed never seen the actual plant called mint. On her way past the last of the flower patches though she had to stop for in the middle of them there was this baby gaoler with bright orange eyes. If it wasnt for the eyes she probably wouldnt have noticed her as she was tangled up in a mix of roses and blue tulips. Poor thing had her wings all scratched up from the rose thorns. And so Kalama had abandoned her trip for MoonFlower and gently untangled the little bab and carefully carried her back home. She first asked the clan leader Storm what they would do with her and he said that they would keep her. She would make another wonderful addition to thier growing clan. He hoped that when she grew up she would become the clans new forge master as the last 1 they had had decided to leave a good few months back. She would of course need to be sent somewhere to learn if she took an interest but that would come in due time. Storm then told Kalama to take her to MoonFlower to get her fixed up.

When Kalama took the hatchling to see her MoonFlower was stunned! This little 1 almost looks like Kalama herself and when questioned Kalama said she hadnt really noticed the colors. She only noticed the eyes until now. As she was working on fixing up the hatchlings wings MoonFlower suggests to Kalama to take her under her wing and that she should be the 1 to name her. Kalama agreed and than sat there pondering a name... she suddenly said out loud Cinder! But spelled with a y. Shes very different yet looks similar to me. So spelling her name different like that shows her difference but naming her cinder after her flight.
