Meymo had a grand if short life. He is the other side of reincarnation, duly sought after a shaman cursed his family. His life was dedicated to healing the physical and mental pains of his patients, often taking in more than what was necessary to heal. It meant that when he passed, and his soul was harvested, he was too heavy to move on as he watched his life repeat in the body of a young female spiral, and then again in a female skydancer. Now he sits and waits, watching on as he works through his traumas. One day he will move on.

And so it is, the day has come. The twins have kept me near, bonded close. I have learnt of my pain, my punishment, and begged them to reveal itself. I suffered, silent, patient while I lived through my brethren’s sins. I am the net, floating through my life, catching the torment and pain while my body broke down. I became the thief, the murderer, the liar, the adulterer. I was the cheating husband, I was the scorned wife. I bore the pain others chose to forget, and I forgave. To not forgive would be to punish myself further. I sacrificed myself for the love of the people I saved. And now it is time to go. The twins walk beside me quietly, one on each side. I am empty of anger, of pain, of loneliness. I am ready to pass on. We approach the river, and I turn to the twins. I sift through their minds, and they give me a gift. A joyful memory, of one pleasant day where the sun was hot, and a river, like this one, was cool. I dipped my tail in it, letting the fish nibble at the end. There are no fish in this river. Only myself. I slip into the river, my sins consumed, and my soul light. I am finally free.

ETYMOLOGY - At the time I chose the name, it didn't exist. It now belongs to a child in Guild Wars 2 who was killed by her father after she and her older sister fell sick. This is purely coincedental. RELATIONS -
