Biography
Most dragons know that they are beautiful. Filthwater knows that she is more beautiful than even them. One of the Progenitor's favored daughters--though many of her sisters would argue that she's pretty nakedly the favorite--she enjoys a life of relative ease and leisure, especially when compared to the hard-toiling scientists and half-raving Plaguemother zealots that make up most of the Defilers. This is for the best; she is strong enough for someone who nearly always refuses a second helping boil bugs or blight baths, but she is also vain--and frankly rather bad at science.
She instead prefers to leisurely travel out of the Wastelands whenever it suits her. Particularly does she do so during migration season, when she sometimes vanishes for weeks or months longer than she needs to and lingers particularly in the Firelands even during other times of year. Her comfort is paramount to her, after all, and despite her elemental alignment being with the Plaguemother, she nonetheless finds herself at least equally at home within the Hearth.
Filthwater simply does as she pleases, when she pleases, and the Progenitor has ensured that no one complains about it. Her magpie's eye for a bargain makes her a fine trader with the other Flights, as it turned out in a pleasant surprise after one such lengthy migration. Better still, her insatiable lust for covering herself good-quality jewels, golds, and fabrics has also proven useful in bolstering the Defilers' alchemical stores (as well as their coffers) whenever needed... and whenever her father can bear to force her to part with even the dustiest of her hoard of the shiny stuff, anyway.
