Thea

Thea is the original founder of the Coven, known as the Matriarch. She is quite strict and very knowledgeable, keeping everyone in the Coven in line. Despite her title, she isn't very motherly, but will protect her fellow witches at any cost.

Thea was the result of two young dragons, who, despite not being of Earth origin, dedicated their lives to the Earthshaker and Dragonhome. She grew up in a small village, learning her role in the Earthshaker's plan. As she grew older, she began to question her life and if she truly wanted to follow in her parent's path.

That was when the whispers started. Simple commands from the sweet voice of someone, growing more demanding each day. And as Thea listened, she began to feel more free. She split from her small village and followed the voice of The Lady, soon establishing The Coven.

The whispering being didn't require anything of Thea, other than for her to stay. The being didn't want Thea's worship, nor loyalty. So she became the first High Priestess, and the Coven began to grow. The Lady taught Thea her craft, which she passed onto the newer witches, who had also heard the whispers.

Now retired, Thea lives out her days as the Matriarch, a commanding advisor in the Coven's ranks. She doesn't hear The Lady's whispers as often anymore, but she knows that her guardian is always near.
