L U X, potion maker.
A hint of this, a drop of that... my elixir will be perfect!

╭~~- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -~~ MEETING ~~- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -~~╮

While exploring the edges of the clan, you find what you presume to be someone's den. It's a large tent with a light yellow hue, and you can smell the strong aroma of many different herbs coming from the inside. You decide to enter.

The inside of the tent is quite cluttered; you can barely see the walls due to the shelves, which are filled to the brim with an uncountable amount of herbs and other ingredients, as well as bottles. Most of them are empty, but a good chunk have been filled with mysterious liquids of almost every colour imaginable. The centre of the tent houses a large, silver cauldron, filled with a boiling substance of some kind. Behind the cauldron you see a Gaoler with eyes made out of pure light. It actually kind of hurts to look at him for too long due to the brightness. He seems to be busy with something, and is holding an old, weathered book in one of his claws.

He looks up, surprised to see you standing in the entrance. He puts the book down and covers the cauldron with a silvery blanket. After this he simply goes: "Oh, hello. Didn't see you there. Do you need my help with anything?" You tell him that you were exploring the clan a little bit, and stumbled across his tent by accident. You also say that you would like to know a bit more about him and his occupation, all that basic stuff. When you look back at him, you can see that his face now sports a massive grin. You start feel like asking was a mistake on your part. Well, too late to change things now, might as well let the guy talk.

"I'm Lux! I come from from the great Sundial Terrace in all it's glory! As for what I do, isn't it obvious?" His grin grows even wider. "I make things that help people, beautiful elixirs that shine like the Lightweaver Herself. I craft potions from the herbs that come from the furthest reaches of Sornieth, or even from what lies beyond. Some even claim I perform miracles, and even though they aren't truly like that, my elixirs can still come pretty close!" He laughs at that, clearly finding it very funny. Geez, talk about overbearing.

With that last 'joke', he seems to be finished with his introduction. he asks you once more: "Do you need my help with anything?" You shake your head, thank him and bolt out of the tent. What a weird guy, but hey, at least he's passionate?

A young Gaoler with a clear passion for his craft, Lux is one of the more eccentric members of the Broken Compass. He may seem calm at first sight, but asking about his potions and he'll excitedly start rambling, sometimes going on for hours on end if no one stops him. Despite this, he can be very nice to talk to, as long as you don't mention any of the things mentioned above.

Lux often hangs out with Beast, a Gaoler who also doesn't really fit the image one would get when imagining a dragon of their breed. They are very close friends despite their differences, and like to chat over coffee every week.

Woods is another close friend of Lux, and they like to discuss various things together, from the properties of herbs or maybe even about how the weather's been.
