Yii is the clan's Head Alchemist. While the discovery and usage of magic is Ahtohallan's primary purpose and motivation, there is much to be discovered and learned from when it comes to alchemy. The clan has an entire group dedicated to the practice and what sorts of knowledge can be derived from it.

As a member of the clan and the Council, Yii is generally level-headed and does her best to represent the clan's alchemists well. This being said, she prefers solitude and does not tolerate wild and irreverent usage of magic, alchemy, or any other craft undertaken by the clan. She is the closest thing to an authority figure besides Amiryth.

Yii's current passion project involves eggs. Clan members donated unwanted eggs for experimentation purposes, and in turn, their Head Alchemist conducts a multitude of experiments aimed toward sourcing arcanic energy from carbon-based products. Eggs generally do not survive the experiments, but each one receives a proper burial and a brief ceremony honoring their sacrifice to the clan. Only one has ever persisted long enough to hatch, and even Amiryth has no explanation for how this happened.
