Biography

Tsunami is a wind dragon who loves storms. She'll chase them, going almost as close as lightning dragons would, for hours if given her preference. Sometimes she'll wander out for months following hurricanes, using her ability to ride the wind to stay safe no matter what.

Her talents make her perfect for being one of the messengers to other clans, and she's considered heavily for ambassador position just by her abilities to get somewhere, not for her skills at making good impressions. Nothing can stop her once she's in the sky. She's far less graceful on the ground, with the tendency to flick her wings out at a change of air pressure; more than once she's upset volatile chemicals or ruined delicate equipment by her all too well honed instincts.

Generally, she lives near the edge of the caverns, preferring to nest in a watchtower all her own that's more open to the elements. She's the first warning for any problems - if there's a sandstorm on the horizon, she'll call it out and the clan will be safely prepared long before it hits. For lightning, they'll have the reactors in place. Her skill at reading the wind is unparalleled in the clan.

She loves this fact. Her life is one of joyous freedom to use her gifts and to be instantly listened to. She loves the respect she gets, and is willing to go to any length, no matter how far, for her clan. Tsunami may be flighty, and may be more fidgety than most like, but she's got a steely resolve underneath her breezy attitude. Like the storms she loves so much, she is an unstoppable force when she wants to be.

First impressions would say she's flaky and a come-as-you-are kind of personality. She'd be just as happy drifting from one place to the next, beholden to no one, and playing as much of the day as she can, spending only what time she needs to do forage for whatever's around, sleeping under open sky. No commitments. Live and love free. That's exactly what she did before, eventually drifting into the clan.

She couldn't say what drew her to stay. Maybe the Machine. Either way, she has no intention of ever leaving. When she sets off to wherever the winds take her, she knows they'll always lead her back home eventually. Where all her friends are waiting.
