Biography
Aaron Kerrovitarr, son of Andrilon was born into a wealthy family with royal roots 2963 years ago. His family recognized the magical potential Aaron had and sent him to an academy at the Focal Point. Throughout the years, Aaron studied hard, desperate to grow to his full potential. He became quite skilled at the star, moon and sun magic, but always tried to broaden his knowledge about other disciples. After the academy, the next two decades went by unusually fast, Aaron continued to learn and study amid arcane scholars. By the time he was 42, he was granted the title of Archmage of the Solar, Astral and Lunar magic.
However, he disappeared for the next two years, practically vanishing, presumably in preparation for something grand and important. The next time the public had a chance to see Aaron was when he was in chains covered by protective sigils and runes. The official record says that he was sentenced for treason and the improper use of blood and chaos magic. Rumors say that he killed half a hundred dragons in an attempt to perform a ritual to allow Shade to take over his body. He was sentenced to death by the Arcanist himself, along with the other deities. They erased him from all the historical texts to completely kill him off. However, just when the executor was about to end his life, Aaron managed to escape. He was hunted for three days straight until he was captured in a cave. To escape casualties, the dragons of the old did not enter the cave but cast a complicated spell that was supposed to kill anything in it. Aware, that the inevitable happened, Aaron took the last attempt at survival. He forced his heart to stop and left his body to travel to another plane of existence. When the spell wore off, he returned to his own body to find that he could not wake up. He hibernated for centuries, until at last, 2917 years later, something happened. An abnormally powerful magical burst of energy nearby allowed him to wake up. |

Personality
"I made a mistake. A big one. For this mistake, I was killed. I was erased from the history books. Forgotten, thrown out of the storyline. Only because I dared to not play by the game rules, defy the gods. Now I'm back. I don't seek revenge on those who wronged me. But those who have the heart of similar breed, shall not befall a likewise fate under my wing. No matter what it would cost me."
Aaron is a calm and wise individual. He is fair and strict, rarely giving even a hint of a smile. He is not a very empathetic dragon, prioritizing reason over emotions. He is certainly smart and can appear cold at times, but he is fiercely loyal to every member of his clan. He is a very small imperial, but his knowledge about light and arcane magic is incredibly big. Even though some dragons came into his clan quite skilled in their field of work, Aaron would still try to teach his clan mates something useful, something that would hopefully save their lives one day. However, even though he cares about his clan, he never let his emotions to cloud his vision, forever staying calm in the most extreme situations and always having a clear mind. Aaron is a skillful strategist, staying ahead of his rivals and enemies by several moves. He is the only dragon from his group who talks to the customers and rarely goes to the missions. All members of the Nightfall Mercenaries trust him with their lives, just like Aaron trusts them to protect him at all costs. However, nobody knows his secret, his origin. After all, he still looks like a dragon who just lived over half of their lifespan (assuming that dragons live us long us, humans). Aaron never lacks self-confidence - he knows his worth and of his companions, often setting quite the prices for his services. However, never in his second life did he lie, making him quite a reliable dragon, at least as long as you don't let him walk away from the answers. |
