Someone needs to keep track of the checkbook, and Dutchy's entire Clan role revolves around such. Being blind, their usual method of identifying and sorting coin currencies is by texture and taste. More ignorant dragons might scoff and think that such a disability would make for an unreliable accountant, but if anything Dutchy's methods and practices have made him the most reliable for the job, and he clearly enjoys the work.

While they get along just fine with all of the other Clan members, he has a bit of an affinity for Prince Ivory in particular (well, more of a head-over-heels full on case of the love bug). Any worthless bits and bobs that he finds are often stashed away to be given to Prince Ivory later, often to Ivory's glee. Will either of them ever confess? Time will only tell.

Their familiar, Spark, will sometimes lose control of his elemental powers and electrify the entire coin pile. He really needs to stop doing that.
