Shepherd is the founder of Ent. Guild along with Jihyo and Nayeon, and she produces most of the music that ends up sung and promoted by their artists. She is a stubborn nightmare to work with, a """genius""", and sometimes she will descend to the bamboo forests and hunt people wild animals with nothing but her teeth and claws. Nobody knows about that last part, though. Probably.

Shepherd is the founder of Ent. Guild, and she runs it with an iron fist. Or, she would if it wasn't for Jihyo the CEO, and Nayeon, a powerful shareholder and the face of the company. She frequently butts heads with these two, arguing about everything from the colour of their office walls, to the promotion of the artists they manage.

Shepherd is often accused by critics of attempting to commodify the idea of art itself, and stripping the soul out of music and plays. Shepherd generally responds to these accusations with a harsh laugh - anything that can sell, will sell. If dragons are eating up her 'factory made' productions, that's not her problem.

While she may seem emotionally lacking, she makes up for it with her extensive knowledge on economics, maths, and her uncanny ability to compose record-breaking music.
