Bryndelle
(brihn-dehl)

Bryndelle is a lot of things. She's the eldest and most respected member of the clan, the fifth and final overseer, the head healer, and now many are beginning to suspect that she's Civello's current mate, although neither of them have said anything on the matter. She and the former leader are certainly seen together often, and she accompanies him on coliseum outings along with Makroudh, but she firmly silences gossip with the rhetorical question, "If you were a divine-made dragon, and the heavens created another dragon specifically to be your mate, how would you feel if that mate--your literal soulmate--suddenly disappeared forever? Would you not be deeply troubled? Would you not need friends by your side?" Regardless, it doesn't explain the mysterious hatchlings popping up now and then who look suspiciously like Bryndelle and Civello. Oh well.
