Sandy

Sandy hatched from an abandoned egg in Redrock Cove. She was alone all her life, with no choice but to fend for herself. When she got bored, she played in the rocks, looking for new places to explore. One day, she discovered the Conch Caves. While she was exploring the Caves, she met Splash, the love of her life. Together, they found their way to Seashell Shore, where they decided to settle and start a family. They had three beautiful daughters - Seaweed, Coral, and Abyss. One by one, other dragons started discovering the beach, and Sandy decided to start a clan. She welcomed anyone who could find their way to the beach, and for a while, there was peace. But Splash grew too ambitious, and when his pride led to the death of their daughter Coral, it became clear that he was a danger to the peace of the clan. And so though it broke her heart, Sandy sent him back into the Caves, never to be seen again. Her eldest daughter Seaweed ran away to find her father, and Sandy has kept Abyss close by ever since, determined not to lose the only remaining member of her family. She has lost everything, and yet she still continues to look after her clan, putting their safety above all. She refuses to enter the Conch Caves, afraid that if she does, she will find Splash and Seaweed and will not want to leave. And so she remains in Seashell Shore, as the calm and fair-minded leader of a clan that will never replace the family she once had.
