I suspect this is not the most time efficient way of answering this question possible. There have been many days were I forget to check Baldwin and there ended up being 2-3 hours between brews

There is a small chance the completion date for the Purple Goo might not be entirely accurate. I forgot to check the stack for roughly a day, and by the time I checked it at the end of the next day the stack was completed

Looking at the timeline of the Ooze you'd think it took much longer than it actually did to get the first Green Ooze. The truth is, when I started the Ooze, I was only able to complete 3 brews before I fell asleep. It looks as though it took an entire day to get a Green Ooze, when in reality it only took 4 brews

The end date on the Green Ooze is likely off by day or two. I kept on forgetting to check how many Oozes is had, since I had gotten used to only having to check every few days or so while completing the Blue Goo. I put the date I though was the most likely end date, as I noticed I had completed a stack on July 2nd at 2 A.M. after being out celebrating my cousin's birthday and shopping for the majority of July 1st. When I noticed I had completed the stack I had 8 extra greens, and based on the fact that green are the most common drops I figured that it couldn't have been that long since I had completed the stack, thus June 30th became the recorded end date

I've got no clue when the Red Ooze was completed. I checked on it on something like August 7, and the forgot about it till the tenth, and when I check it again it was 3 into a new stack. The written end date is just a guess

Same deal with the Purple Ooze as Red Ooze. I saw that the stack was completed August 25, and it had 6 additional in a new stack

On September nineteenth I took two 4 hour breaks to brew the temporarily available familiars for pirate day

On September twenty-seventh I took two 3 hour breaks to brew the Starfall Celebration Baldwin skins

On November eleventh I was an idiot and mistook my stack of 99 Blue Goo for a stack of 99 Blue Ooze, and went as far as to record the end date of the Ooze and start melting down my first sludge before I noticed my mistake. I realised I made a mistake 30 seconds into my first Sludge when I went to check how many stacks of the other Oozes I had and noticed that I had 85 Blue Oozes, not 99

On November eleventh I also confused myself immensely thinking I had somehow broken these notes when they were all bold for no apparent reason. As it turned out I had just forgotten to re-add the [ /b ] to the end of the Ooze header after deleting it while removing the false end date

I once again got into the habit of not checking my stacks, so the end date of the Yellow Sludge might be off. The 29th is my best guess since I had 7 in a new stack and I wasn't really active during the 31st

Absolutely no idea when Orange Sludge ended. I checked it on the 11th and it was 28 sludge over

Again, no idea when the Red Sludge ended. I checked the 29th and it was 11 sludge over. I'm at this point just kinda waiting for this challenge to end

Finally, an accurate end date

So, August marks the end of the easy materials! Technically next thing to do is start melting apparel, but I don't think I have enough fodder apparel to complete every stack. I might take a few days break for this challenge while I figure out what to do for rarer drops like apparel and familiars
