With a short stature and loud, outgoing personality, it's no surprise Muertos was the trusted hoard manager as well as treasurer in his old clan. Despite his looks, the Bogsneak is rather friendly and gentle, only wearing an intimidating look on his face around outsiders to appear frightening so no dragon dares to steal their clan's money.

He was born in the Plague flight, but was soon relocated by his parents to the Empire due to being "disorderly". The clan took him in eagerly, due to his size and strength.

Soon enough, Muertos found himself enthralled by the life of a warrior. Despite his love for hoarding treasures and keeping them safe, he found himself going out more and more to explore the world with the other warriors. He found himself training quite hard, and became one of the strongest dragons in the Empire.

He was promoted to captain after leading a group of warriors against several Beastclans that had united themselves against the Empire and was praised by even Abbas for his steadfast loyalty and bravery in the face of adversity.

Praise eventually went to his head, and Muertos found himself beginning to flirt with almost every dragoness in the Empire at the time. He was an eligible young drake after all. And one who had earned not just the praise of the Empress, but also one of the most prejudiced dragons in the Empire. Who wouldn't want to have his hatchlings? Possibly the only dragoness he wasn't able to seduce was Yvette, who had already experienced heartbreak.

Muertos had several flings with other dragons of the clan. This resulted in a lot of hatchlings, but he rarely stayed with the mothers for too long due to many conflicting personalities. Muertos was just too quirky of a dragon to be contained.

Months later brought Brynn the Coatl. He was distraught over the loss of his partner Ragna, who'd moved on to the Mirror: Karthus. Though still hung up on his former partner, he eventually had to give in to Muertos. The Bogsneak crashed into Brynn's life, befriending the Coatl and taking him out of gloom and doom.

Brynn was very adverse to this at first. It wasn't like the Bogsneak could magically fix all his problems. Muertos agreed, but said he could certainly make it easier to deal with them. Brynn had no argument for this, and allowed Muertos to take him places. Though Brynn never lost his depressed streak, it really was easier to deal with the loss of Ragna with Muertos.

The Bogsneak and Coatl eventually married in a large, flamboyant ceremony that everyone expected from Muertos. Though Brynn does want hatchlings, Muertos is a little bit more adverse to the idea. However, he understands that's what his husband wants and is very open to the idea.
