Clinoclase

a strange, many-limbed beast, covered in frills, as though a spider had sprouted several leathery wings.

Clinoclase is, true to its spidery nature, a spinner and weaver of silks. at least a couple of its many hands are always at work doing something with thread.

it is very proud of its creations, and wears many of them about its corporation; but a fear of sharp objects has rendered Clinoclase unable to create any clothing beyond that which can be draped, wrapped, or tied on.

fortunate, then, that it should befriend a skilled seamstress who can not only sew clothing accommodating of Clinoclase's many limbs; but also put to use all that spare silk it's got lying around!

Clinoclase does not know the meaning of the word "overdressed" (no, really, won't someone please explain?) and can't comprehend the idea of multiple outfits. why wouldn't you want to wear all the clothes you own at once?
