Even before he hatched Scrimshaw had to fight to survive. His egg showed signs of an unhealthy hatchling and was promptly abandoned by his clan to die. Little did they know the egg hatched and the hatchling had learned very quickly it was either kill or be killed. Once a frail, almost fragile dragon, Scrimshaw is now a strong, healthy adult, with an equally strong grudge against his birth clan.

Before settling with the Clan, Scrimshaw was a member of Dusk’s mercenary group, a few others of which stayed as well, including Dusk.

When not assassinating high priority targets, Scrimshaw relies on his cleaver. obtained from one of the many dragons he has slain in his battle for survival. Even on more subtle missions the Imperial carries it with him in case things go south. His combat style varies from poison-wielding assassin to brutal barbarian.

His primary skillset is that of an assassin; Scrimshaw uses his darker coloration to blend into the shadows and eliminate his targets. The Imperial is one of the few assassins who were part of the mercenary group.

Scrimshaw is a fervent worshiper of the Plaguebringer as he believes she kept him alive for a reason.
