For one of the Shadeborn, Auroras is fortunate. A fact he is well aware of. The taint of shade seeped into his genes is faint, his hunger for magic, light.
Of course, 'fortunate Shadeborn' is a bit of an oxymoron. Auroras still struggles against the hungry dark lurking within, just shy of his full awareness. Sometimes he can hear it whispering to him whenever his mood dips low.
Good thing he tends toward a good-humored and sweet disposition. Auroras loves taking care of those around him, helping to cheer them up and keep them happy. The eccentric nature of his mate, Zylaris, is a delight for him and he cherishes her dearly.
"Remember to find any reason to smile." Fatherly, spirited, and good humored skydancer. Occasionally takes care of shadeborn orphans. Loves his eccentric mate, Zylaris.

"I'm not usually one for rainbow dragons, but something about him stands out to me - I can't quite put my finger on it, but he's very pretty! I doubt it was at all what you were going for, but I like how the light blue sections on his skin kind of makes part of him look frosted over (the bottom section of his wings, mainly)! I like how he has a purple flower on his wrist, helps make his skin feel like it fits him more."
