Holder of the Great Destribution List, one of the Clan Founders, Respectable Elder. Desyrae, along with his Clan cofounder Chrysorus, went through a lot of change as the Clan Grew. He took the responsibility to manage the list of all the clan needs. When he gets a request to add a certain need to the list he carefully delibarates on the importance of it and treats it accordingly. Once the need been given a priority marker Desyrae adds it to the list. Otherwise, when it is considered less important it gets passed down to the lesser priority list.

The Great Destribution List is a priority one system and as such has a unique access to the Emergency Fund. Once the goal on Emergency Fund is fullfilled, the first item on the list gets funding and approval to move on with the project.
