Evna

Evna had been left behind by her former siblings after she got injured in a fight. After she patched herself up and screamed at nothing that she 'wasn't going to die, not here, not now', she had met Astarot. After following him while they were simply wandering the lands, she found herself getting attached to the timid fae, and eventually asked him if it was alright for her to stay. Maybe it was because of her fear of getting left behind, or maybe it was just because he was kinda cute, but he had said yes.

She didn't want to have the title of 'leader', so she had dumped it on Astarot. If anything, she was the fighter of the clan, though Pepper jokes about her being the 'also-leader', in which she had responded to by shoving her into a hole. She has been dubbed the 'tough momma' of the group, most likely because she was very protective of the clan.

The first to get together were her and Astarot, pretty much being the power couple in the clan. Evna had clearly shown dominance in their pair, as Astarot was too kind.

Then Sunglow had come along and she had talked to Astarot about her adoration for the other female. At first, she and Astarot broke up, with Sunglow being her new 'mate', but eventually, they made up after Sunglow expressed adoration for Astarot as well.

Assiel and Pepper had arrived roughly at the same time, Astarot immediately taking a liking to the two dragons. She and Sunglow, mostly her, had teased Astarot about his little crushes and eventually got him to ask them to join their relationship. Astarot's nervousness was for nothing as Pepper and Assiel said 'yes' oh-so-casually.

It was strange at first, having five whole dragons in one relationship, but they worked together well.

Assiel's calmness helped Astarot's anxiety,
Pepper's competitive spirit clashed with Evna's dominance in all the right ways,
and Sunglow's optimism cheered the spirits of everyone in the lair.

It was all strange, yet perfect in a way.

And besides, they all made a pretty cute couple in the end.
