Astarot

Astarot was a runaway from his former clan, as he didn't want to be sold off to some other clan. He started his clan on accident, after meeting other dragons like him.

The poor guy was too sweet and shy to say 'no' when Evna had asked to stay with him and wasn't planning to become the 'leader' too. Instead, he's simply called the 'leader', even if his usual roles would be to care for his clan instead of fighting for them or ordering them. He's since been dubbed the 'nice dad' of the group.

The first to get together were him and Evna, pretty much being the power couple in the clan. Evna had clearly shown dominance in their pair, as Astarot was too kind.

Then Sunglow had come along and Evna had talked to him about her adoration for the other female. At first, he and Evna broke up, with Sunglow and Evna getting together, but eventually, they made up after Sunglow expressed adoration for Astarot as well.

Assiel and Pepper had arrived roughly at the same time, Astarot immediately taking a liking to the two dragons. Evna and Sunglow, mostly Evna, had teased Astarot about his little crushes and eventually got him to ask them to join their relationship. His nervousness was for nothing as Pepper and Assiel said 'yes' oh-so-casually.

It was strange at first, having five whole dragons in one relationship, but they worked together well.

Assiel's calmness helped Astarot's anxiety,
Pepper's competitive spirit clashed with Evna's dominance in all the right ways,
and Sunglow's optimism cheered the spirits of everyone in the lair.

It was all strange, yet perfect in a way.

And besides, they all made a pretty cute couple in the end.
