The only sure-fire way to tell Set apart from his identical twin brother, Ausar, is by taking a long look at their eyes. Even though the twins were born in Light territory, Set has Fire eyes and Fire magic, and he has always taken full advantage of the similarity between Fire and Light eyes to make it even more difficult to tell him apart from his brother. A creative and free-spirited soul, Set likes jokes and pranks and has a knack for knowing exactly when to stop before taking it too far. He's a historian by trade, but most of Home's scholars chide him for his lack of scholarly passion (as well as his lack of academic honesty). Set doesn't really care about being a good historian - he cares about having fun and making a name for himself.

Not the most well-spoken dragon or the friendliest, Set spent his earliest childhood considering his brother the only dragon he would ever be able to trust. He's not a dragon who trusts easily or is easy to get to know, and he can often seem somewhat self-centred. However, once he does get attached, he's tremendously loyal. He's very used to being mistaken for his brother, and very used to being considered 'the bad twin' when he isn't. A bit theatrical and prone to being a touch grumpy, Set is nevertheless always ready to help his family when they need him. He was much quicker to call the dragons at Home his family than Ausar was, and he's never looked back. Though he's not much of a scholar, he's able to put his skills to good use at Home, and is surprisingly good at selling historical artifacts to rich tourists for insane prices. Set knows that some dragons may underestimate him because he doesn't have a very polished style of speaking and he's not the most honest fellow around, but he also knows he's well respected as a dragon who knows his stuff as well as one whose ability to sell things borders on art.
