Feels the Mirror wanderlust strongly, a scout, a messenger, a trader and interfacer. As the first dragon hatched to the Clan (her brother Cresstar, outcast, does not count) and eldest of Tangle's adopted son Istar, she enjoys ranking favour, though does not trade much upon it. Views Sevrin as a sort of idol, and is forever pleased when her adoration is returned with a baleful glance or some brush of closeness. Despite her frigidity, though, Sevrin does return her the sentiment of "mate."

Iscelle's first relationship was with Gaulum, the firstborn son of the Crystal Gang. She believed at first that that was all love was, but after falling for Sevrin has realized her marked preference for women. She does, however, recognize the advancement to be gained by raising hatchlings, and Sevrin does not care one whit about her indulgences.

Iscelle favors her father and spares little thought for her mother, which frightens and dismays Crescelle. Iscelle has been known to work alongside Ispark in negotiating with other Clans when necessary. She doesn't trust Ghost to ever be truthful to her, but works with and sucks up to her as necessary.
