Origins - Buffer was a privately made android when his creators had no more use of him he was scrapped and sent to the junkyard. He was found by members of FL/GHT and repaired. He was thankful to them for repairing him and learned everything he could from their other engineers, he wanted to repay the group for helping him by helping new FL/GHT recruits.
