T I N D E R

All acolytes of the House of Lightveil congregated in the crumbling arena of the Sunbeam Ruins. Tinder took a deep breath. This was it. After what felt like a millennium, he had finally been accepted into the most prestigious order of light dragons to exist: the House of Lightveil. Tinder wrote daily to the Light Rep of Thunder-Arrow, stating his skills and talents as a glassblower & architect.

His highly advanced, yet archaic designs interwoven with his famous glassworks sprawled before the whole of the house on a multitude of blueprints. Whispers of awestruck dragons swirled around as Tinder stepped out into the open arena. The Sundial Terrace stood before him with Tahirah perched on its edge.

I am one of a kind, the best in my craft. I am a Lightveil Acolyte. His mind quieted, resolute in his acceptance, yet curious of the future. Architects of ancient times carved their mark in the sun-kissed stone pillars here, and today Tinder would graduate to follow in their footsteps.

The sun pierced his glass-like scales, adorning them in a hue of gold and amber. He cleared his throat as he addressed the fanciful drakes before him.
“Lift your wares to the sun, so the beacons of our light may radiate across Sornieth. I offer my craft to this house of light on behalf of the destiny I was meant for…”
