My name is Chalcee. A ridiculous name, isn't it? It's suppose to be a shortened form of a blue gemstone (after my primary, obviously), but really, not much can say it properly. You pronounce it as Kel-see.
Yes, I am a Pearlcatcher, yes, I'm part of this... 'whimsical', as Cirin would say, clan. The foodgiver here is rather abnormal and extremely clumsy, yet she looks after us well... So I can't find much fault with her. For now.
I do not like other beasts. I had a near death encounter with a savage in the forest while trying to look for some of my favorite plants. Luckily, Cirin came to my rescue. I was surprised at his hunting abilities despite being a herbivore like me; but I quickly adjusted - everyone has their own strengths, no matter how strange.
Cirin is a... good dragon. Better than most of them in this clan, anyway. He might seem really selfish and even despicable at times, but he is truly a good person. I admire him greatly. I wish I knew what goes on in his head though... N-no, I do not harbor any affections for him...!
