Auberon

Auberon works to keep order in the Thalassa-run holding cells, despite also having his place in the Foreseen. Formerly named Charming, he used to be just that, but he lost his shine and took a new name when his life took an abrupt turn. His previous mate Harmony, to his shock, felt called to go to the Gladekeeper rather than stay with him. Don't get him wrong, he's a Nature dragon by choice just as he is an Arcane dragon by birth, and he doesn't resent his children going to serve... but he resented Harmony just leaving - they were supposed to be a team! If he could juggle his work as a Keeper, his role as a father and mate, his place in the Forseen, his Nature-Arcane sides - why couldn't she?

This resentment and anxiety have stuck around, even if Harmony didn't. Auberon found a new mate, Sonia, a new relationship that was slow to start and is deeply affected by his past relationship. His younger children too, have a much different father than their elder siblings. More protective and less supportive of them finding their own place in Sornieth.
