Biography
Chloe - The Irenic
Cast out as a hatchling due to her pale coloration, Chloe came across Sternbild by some stroke of luck, and he took her back to the Phrontistery. Alongside Watmel, Chloe is one of the main diplomats of the Phrontistery. Despite her elemental alignment differing from that of most Coatls, Chloe is no less agreeable than her ilk, and is a kindhearted soul who lacks the capriciousness so often ascribed to Shadow dragons. Those who think her gullible, however, are in for some nasty surprises - for all that she's kind-hearted, she is still a capable negotiator, and growing up under Stormsurge's leadership has left her far more adept at interpreting what other dragons say, more than making up for her poor hearing. Combined with her levelheaded, even-tempered demeanor, these traits mean that opposing parties usually walk away satisfied, believing that they have pulled one over the Coatl - when in reality, not only has said Coatl convinced them to do what she wants, she's made them believe it was their own idea!

- She is a killer chess player
- Also a killer cards player, her poker face is legendary
- She is conflicted on Lightning's current operation to build powerful magic generators, while it seems beneficial, something seems off to her
- She may be hiding something from the others, maybe hidden motives and/or ambitions, but it's hard to say, her silver tongue betrays no secrets.
