Stormsurge - The Swift
Stormsurge is one of the two founders of The Fulmineous Phrontistery. Originally travelling in search of a lair to call her own after coming of age, she enlisted a certain Tundra to help her expand a cavate that she'd found, and the rest was history.
Fast and agile, Stormsurge resembles a living bolt of lightning in flight, unfettered by the miles of copper wiring snaking all over the Shifting Expanse. Her mind is just as swift, and, coupled with the instinct that all Lightning dragons seem to have, makes her a flighty and eccentric Fae. With Zoroark, her second in command, handling the more 'mundane' side of operations, Stormsurge is in charge of all the sparky duties befitting of a group in the Stormcatcher's employ, such as inventing, tinkering, handling any requests from the HQ (which usually involves forming a team of members with the appropriate skillsets), and seeking out prospective members of the Phrontistery, as well as coordinating the Phrontistery during any (admittedly rare) battles.
Rumor has it that the admin gained wings and flight after making a deal with one of the deities.

Other: Mute due to injuries sustained during a Harpy raid (throat slashed by a Mesacliff Harpy from a hostile clan in botched attempt to kill her, she survived, but sustained deep lacerations to her larynx and had her vocal cords shredded as a result). A customised electrolarynx was made for her.
Was given the usename ‘Aphonia’ afterwards, to be used until her actual name can be learned. Was later able to convey her true name with Robyn's help, with her files updated accordingly.
Currently learning Common Draconic under Watmel and Robyn's tutelage.
