Biography
Rhian, the deadly singer
Ever since he could read, Rhian had always been bothering Adara, his mother, to help her with the library work. "Hime and Eönwë left long ago, let me assist you!"
Eventually, the Wildclaw allowed him to enter the restricted section of the library.
She gave him a book to read, a tome she had consulted many times.
However, she had left out one thing. One page that she had never managed to decipher.
Some time later...
As Adara was appraising a dubious parchment, she suddenly felt the ground shake.
The worst was yet to come. Harrowing, blood-curling screams arose in the room.
But the Wildclaw had been through more hardships she could remember.
Thus, she carefully got closer, until she realized that her son was the origin of these sounds.
And that he was perfectly fine. Actually, it looked like he was enjoying himself.
Slowly, Adara walked to him and gently tapped on his shoulder.
- What is going on? she asked, after he stopped hurling.
- Oh, I was singing. This war shriek is quite interesting.
Rhian showed what he had been singing to her mother.
Indeed, it was the text she had never been able to identify.
The Wildclaw let out a sigh.
"Well, now I don't have to worry about you being able to stand for yourself."
Nowadays, he uses this shriek to scare off his enemies, sometimes they drop dead...
...or fake it, in hope he stops singing.
