LORE WIP
- Zoe and the adopted Eveline's brother - parents are deceased.
- Born in the Scarred Wasteland while parents were in to fight off a mini-army of dragons trying to carry unusual contaminations into other flights' territories. Learned the local ways, so to speak (to the chagrin of his Nature-born parents), as a little one due to naturally having an aggressive and morbidly-curious nature. Used his high degree of natural cleverness to set up traps 'round the nest for food and dragons looking to start trouble. Said traps were kind of needlessly cruel!
- Like, a lot. Since early on. When he was still a hatchling, he started coming to blows with another pup for calling him a "weirdo", and he got back... by rigging up a boulder at the entrance of a cave to trap the fellow inside during a game of chase. He knew exactly what he was doing when he left after working up the kid to a "genuinely and mortally freaked out" point, then lied about where he and his playmate "got separated". The boy wasn't found until after it was too late.
- Wasn't the last incident like that, but he got better at hiding it after his parents were understandably "!!!" - which didn't stop them from being super-happy when they got temporary leave to go back home to the Viridian Labyrinth. They figured it'd be "healthier" for Lucas, but he kind of chafed and withered. Perked up a little when his sister Zoe was born - was a change in the status quo that gave him someone new to play with (in theory) who his mother and father assumed he wouldn't be too rough or nasty with and gave them something to focus on other than helicoptering him. Was downright ecstatic when the family were called upon to venture into the Scarred Wasteland again.
- Felt very at-home when the clan came to rest in Shadow getting into Mom and Dad's final days! He was instantly entranced by the whole dang trickster and carnival culture and how there's always a game to be played - it's fun! He ran around (cumbersomely - he was already full-sized at this point!) the very day after his family settled to enjoy everything from trying to guess how card tricks worked to betting on new forms of chess to trying to out-prank pranksters. Kind of caught a lot of flack for... not turning up back home until the next day!
- Thinks of himself as Shadow at heart. Others disagree - say you can tell he grew up Plague, with how much more mean-spirited and fond of intimidation tactics he can be than your average Shadow trickster. Either way, life spent between Plague, Nature, and Shadow's made for the development of a dragon who's very comfy with chaos and believes that YOU'VE GOTTA FIGHT! FOR YOUR RIGHT! TO PAAAAAAAAARTYYYYYYYYY!
- On meeting them respectively, he was able to make fast and fond friends with Ibuki and later with his eventual husband Fritz, seeing as they're all basically rambunctious wild animals at heart. Has a "playfighty" sort of arguable-friendship with Frank, as well. Bickers and gets into invent-offs with Miu. Has a "YO, THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT'S UP B)b" kinda dynamic with Hamartia. Frank's friends do not like him, as do most of the rest of the lair. Alas. Has poor relationship with sisters.
