Eliot is all ego and talon, a lashing burst of anger and humor. He is charismatic and engaging, up until he is offended, and then he is vicious rage. He acts as ambassador under Alice, although she refuses to let him go out on meetings alone, and often directs him away from those who might tread on his ego. He hasn't noticed her careful handling of him yet, and she intends to keep it that way. All the same, he is very useful when he's happy, and has enough ambition to try and get the best possible deals. He mostly works securing trade agreements with other Clans.
Relations

Josaphine, Friend?
While Eliot views himself as the best of the best without peer, he nevertheless found Josaphine to be fascinating and fun. And accidentally got really attached to her. He found out her suspicions about Miranda and Marcus, and has since sided with her in finding out exactly what is going on.


Jaala, Daugher?
Eliot is not the loving sort, strictly speaking, but he is wildly proud and protective of Jaala, and at some point it's close enough to count. Everyone is a tool to him, but Jaala is a prize.
