Nergal, Cordially Yours
Nergal (pronounced Ner-gal as in t-err-ible, not Nurgle!) is Ponceau's business partner. He takes care of customer relations, and is the most honest of the two - although it doesn't say much. Born with weak, crippled wings, he was never able to fly, and instead uses his wings as a sort of display case for samples of his products, as well as to dry out his favorite tea. If Nergal offers you tea, dragons beware: it means he thinks he can successfully get away with a scam, and is using politeness to lower their defenses! When he isn't trying to sell his merchandise, he is quite amiable and inoffensive.
