Oberon does neither speak nor take off his mask. His mere presence seems to make plants grow faster (albeit also in a more ...twisted shape). Occasionally, he might make the impression of just appearing out of nowhere when no one is looking, although that might also be because his wings don't seem to neither make a sound nor produce wind. Nobody remembers how he joined the clan, but as long as he does not cause any trouble, the leader sees no reason to question it.
